A letter to our guests, friends & families,

This past year 2020 has been a year of unparalleled change. A world pandemic, a horrific mass shooting, loss of loved ones, business closures, remote learning and so much more! These events have impacted us all in ways we could not have thought possible!

We at Imagine Salon & Spa take note of the personal losses, of lost opportunities, a global crisis, and the suffering in many of our communities. Our reflection during the past year has given us much to appreciate and much to be reflective on. We have a renewed sense to “do better” as we begin this holiday season and in the coming year.

There has been some good as a result of the past year. We have improved how we communicate, how we use technology to keep close with those we care about, enjoyed some family togetherness, renewed friendships, had virtual fun and baked bread, a lot of bread! We all became creative in many ways and strengthened our resilience to withstand more!

Our team at Imagine Salon & Spa has a strong sense of what is important, we understand more than ever, what we do is deeper than aesthetic beauty. What we do goes beyond hair, skin, nails. How we make people ‘feel’ has taught us about how essential we are. We thank you for telling us, supporting us, believing in us!

Change is often difficult, but perseverance is rewarding. Navigating this past year and looking ahead has taught us to embrace change. To strengthen our commitment to you, our team and our partners.

We are thankful and grateful for you. Your trust in us is sincerely appreciated, we look forward to a better 2021 knowing together we can endure.

From our family to yours, we raise a glass, toasting you for a happy and safe holiday season. We celebrate you and thank our team. We will be here for you, ready to do our part in our continued commitment to all your beauty needs, to do our part in making you feel your very best!
