Reopen Plan June 8, 2020

Dear friends:

Imagine Salon & Spa is thrilled to announce we are returning back to work on Monday, June 8, 2020. Today I would like to mention a few things to assist you as well as our Guest Service team appointment processes.

  • Appointments scheduled prior to March 18, 2020, will be given priority
  • Special circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis
  • Our Guest Service representatives will begin work on June 5, 2020
  • Salon communication with customers will begin on June 5, 2020
  • All phone calls, emails, texts, and any other methods of reaching the salon have been saved and noted. You do not need to reach out in other ways
  • Please do not contact the staff of Imagine Salon & Spa directly. This will help in preventing frequent cross-checking of appointment requests
  • All communication (preferred) is by email Please use info@imaginesalonspa.ca
  • Phone calls to the salon at this time are discouraged due to the volume of calls to our mailbox. This will help prevent missed calls for those who can only contact by phone
  • We are currently restricted from doing certain services, thereby as protocols relax,  we encourage you to continue following our website for more information
  • Our teams' schedule and salons hours may be modified if necessary
  • Staff & customers will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the salon
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early prior to appointment
  • Late appointments will not be taken (sorry, we have to be strict on this)
  • Missed or no show appointments will be charged 50% of the service before any future bookings
  • Hand Sanitizer and hand washing will be required frequently
  • Customers will be required to complete a short signed questionnaire
  • Please come to your appointment alone (unless health or medical reasons)
  • Please be respectful of others and follow all salon guidelines and protocols

Thank you for your cooperation

"your health is our health"
